Objectives

1. To establish a well-organized and sustainable organization for all advocates around the world, including the development of a conducive environment. And to work for the welfare and safety of all advocates in which the main objective of the organization is to prevent exploitation and abuse of advocates by executive, legislative and judiciary bodies in all nations.

2. In the whole of India including all the countries of the world, when the Advocate has been considered as Officer of the Court by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Center and To take initiative in collaboration with the State Government.

3. The main objective of the Oganization is to get the Advocate Protection Act issued in the whole of India including all the countries of the world in collaboration with the Central Government / State Government and the needy advocates get Arms license or gunner in collaboration with the Central Government / State Government for their protection.

4. To issue Advocate Protection Act in the whole of India including other countries of the world in the interest of advocates such that all types of offenses committed against advocates in which advocate is bad will be treated as non-bailable, if bail is granted The bail may be granted only after hearing the statement of the aggrieved advocate, if no FIR / any arrest will be effected without the permission of an officer of the rank of IPS in respect of any criminal information against the advocate. Before registering the FIR, the investigation of the crime should be done by the IPS officer and If found guilty, it should be made mandatory for the police to take the permission of the local bar association and the state bar council. If necessary, the process of bail and arrest should be made only after the filing of the charge sheet against the advocate and the Advocate Protection Act should be made at the same level as the SC / ST Act.

5. To take appropriate and necessary steps by the International Advocate Organization to end the Police Commission System issued in the whole of India including all the countries of the world.

The participation of advocates in all the courts, private and public sector committees, bodies and corporations, etc., in all the other countries of the world including the whole of India, the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council of all the states, the participation of advocates in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha with the cooperation of the State Government and the Central Government to ensure from.

7. To Ensure that after the age of 60, a lawyer receives a lump sum amount of Rs.10,00,000/- as retirement benefit and monthly family Pension Rs. 50,000/- to be given to each advocate till the period of superannuation and 10,000 per month to the junior advocate from the date of registration with the Bar Council of India and State Bar Council for the next 5 years in collaboration with the Central and State Government Monthly allowance and 50,000 per annum should be given as book allowance all over India including other countries of the world in collaboration with the Central / State Government.

8. To organize seminars, training sessions and social programs/meetings etc. for the welfare and benefit of advocates in collaboration with State Government/Central Government in other countries of the world including all over India

9. To provide free Wi-Fi should be made available to the advocates in all court complexes along with construction of new air-conditioned pucca comfortable chambers, where it is available and not there. In all the countries of the world including all over India, in collaboration with the Central / State Government

10. To Establish Facility of Advocate Library, ATM, Bank, Post Office, Railway Ticket Window/Counter and Canteen etc. in all the court premises of the whole of India including all the countries of the world with the help of Central / State Government.

11. To provide assistance to the advocates of the whole world in collaboration with the Central / State Government for issuing visas and passports etc. for air travel at national and international level throughout India including all the countries of the world.

12. To Facilate advocates with 50% discount in railway and airfares should be provided for respected advocates from all over India including all the countries of the world and priority and free VIP guest house facility in railway and airplane reservation etc. to be made available in collaboration with the central state government.

13. To ensure the medical facilities of advocates all over India including all the countries of the world. Under the Ayushman scheme, sponsored by the concerned government, medical facilities of 5,00,000 / - each for father, mother, wife and two children, including advocate, in the interest of all advocates.

14. To Provide paid internship for law students and other training including APO, PCS J, HJS, to needy and newly enrolled advocates through International Advocate Organization all over India including all countries of the world so as to achieve 100% success results. Also to ensure the best score in AIBE.

15. To provide multi-specialty, in-patent and emergency medical facilities in all the courts of the whole of India including all the countries of the world during court hours i.e. from 10 AM to 5 PM.

16. To ensure free passes and free parking from toll booths for all advocates in collaboration with the Central / State Government throughout India including all the countries of the world.

17. In the process of providing legal aid to their clients/prisoners in the districts of the states of the whole of India including all the countries of the world, ensure proper seating arrangement for all the respected advocates during their visit to the police station or jail with the cooperation of the Central/State Government. Get it done

18. Advocate colonies and societies will also be created in all the countries of the world including India through International Advocate Organization, for which the organization is working.

19. International Lawyers' Association shall issue Vehicle Stickers/Green Cards to the members of its organization so that the members of the organization are not unnecessarily stopped their own vehicle while traveling throughout India including all the countries of the world and shall not be liable to any kind of harassment. Do not face any inconvenience.

20. To provide assistance in providing interest free loan up to 25 lakhs for all advocates in the whole of India including all the countries of the world.

21. To provide residential facility for guest advocates by making guest houses near or near the court premises for all the advocates in the whole of India including all the countries of the world.

22. To increase the advocate death amount from 5 lakhs to 25 lakhs for all the advocates in the whole of India including all the countries of the world with the cooperation of the Central Government and the State Government.

23. To solve all kinds of problems of advocates by forming a team of 11 members of the International Advocate Organization in different districts of the whole of India including all the countries of the world.

24. To Bring radical changes in the interest of advocates in the whole of India including all the countries of the world through International Advocate Organization and to ensure that the central and state officials of the organization are given the status of ministers of state in the center and state.

25. To ensure pure drinking water and clean canteen etc. in the court premises, under the close supervision of the court administration and the concerned bar associations, in collaboration with the central / state government throughout India including all the countries of the world.
